Travel Arrangements
1) A mode of transportation is expected to be provided.
2) For distances that involve more than a hour and a half
of drive
time, it is expected that overnight accommodations be
provided and travel expenses be reimbursed.
3) Participating artists are willing to travel greater distances
depending on scheduling considerations, means of available
travel, and other possible existing extenuating circumstances.
Artists will be reimbursed for all travel expenses connected
with extended travel situations.
